It's not the stores fault we live in Utah and our liquor laws are dictated (yes I mean dictated not decided) by those who don't drink. The people here are generally helpful and usually staffed accordingly for holidays and such. Lines are long before holidays because no one plans ahead but they usually have every till manned and ready to go. 
As Utah limits what alcohol comes into the state if you have a specific request they will special order it for you just be prepared to buy a full case. They aren't going to order 1 bottle of something for your birthday

This is one of the new "corporate" type stores. They are "conveniently" located near no neighborhood and have no personality. They don't make any special effort to carry items the local people want. That may be one reason it took so long for this place to get a review.
The carry more merchandise than the local, but don't carry the same mix. Normally, I'll go to my local place. This is a last resort.

This location is clean. Well stocked. Had a good selection. Staff are friendly, helpful. This place can get busy at times but the checkout lines move pretty fast. Can usually find something I like or something new to try. Great for a quick pick up of something for the weekend.

I like this store but their lines are extremely long sometimes and you can see three or four people floating around on the floor and nobody rushes over to help. I used to work at the Draper liquor store and our priorities was the customers. Without your customers you're not going to make yourselves this store has kind of a blase attitude towards customers with the attitude they're going to wait in line anyways because they can't go anywhere else to get liquor so who cares. That's not what the state teaches their employees as I went through their extensive course when I was certified though the DABC. My experience is a lot of it has to do with the actual store management on how well the customers are helped, how quickly they're checked out, and if they actually treat them as a normal customer in a normal store as they should. I would have no problem giving the store 5 Stars if they actually came up to the registers when there was desperate need of help. I was in that store last night and I had to wait 7 customers deep with three other employees in the store holding a toddler.

Great selection...great staff... Great balls of fire ....just don't show up here punk in drublick ...it's staffed also with PG's finest.
