Store manager lacks training and customer service skills. Been with T-Mobile many many years and for the most part have had very good customer service however this has me considering taking my service elsewhere. Save your time and money and go to the Corp Store, this is a retail store and not owned by T-Mobile, you DON'T get the same treatment.. employees are not as knowledgable or trained and educated as the Corp Stores..

We came in to pre order Apple series 3 watches. Both employees helping us had ZERO idea what they were doing. We currently pay 100 per month. He was trying to get us switched to a plan that charges 160 per month just to add 2 watches. I could smell the BS so we walked out. We got home and called T-mobile. The person on the phone got both watch lines set up for 10 per month extra. 

I'm sure the person at the store stood to make some extra commission to get us on that plan, but one phone call saved us 50 bucks per month. 

Avoid this store like the plague.

I would avoid this location at all costs!

I went in today because my phone wouldn't get any sort of service. I only noticed it because I left home and then had no service or data - before then, my phone was operating on WiFi. I believed it was only a matter of configuring the phone right, since everything else was working perfectly. 

CAMERON, the employee who assisted me, looked at it and said that the problem was on my SIM reader and that what I needed was a new phone (mind you, this one is only about 25 days old). Because of a TINY crack on the corner of the screen, which I honestly hadn't noticed until he showed it to me, he said all factory warranties were voided and I'd have to go through my T-Mobile insurance (AND PAY $175 FOR A REPLACEMENT PHONE). I was very disappointed and asked him if he was 100% sure that was my ONLY OPTION and he said yes.

I was very frustrated, but left the store to go home, get on my WiFi and call 611 to get the insurance claim started.

Before doing it, however, I tried to rework the settings once again and... I got it to work perfectly! My 25-day old phone works just great and it was simply a setup issue.

I almost threw $175 in the trash, thanks to that person's lack of knowledge.

I went back to the store (less then 10 minutes after I'd left) and told him that I was able to get the phone back to working again. His response? "Oh, I'm happy for you." 

NEVER ONCE he apologized for almost making me waste $175.

Disappointing!

Great service and amazing people!!! I had a lot of questions about my plan and phones to upgrade to and all of my questions and concerns were addressed they even helped my change my plan to save money and keep the service I needed. Adam, Cameron (I believe) and a blonde girl who's name I didn't get were so nice and helpful and made my experience wonderful!

Avoid!!!, they provide no additional help once you buy your phone or service. I have tried on three separate times to ask for help with an issue, phone, or even my purchase and they won't even try to help or point you in a direction except....Call T-Mobile.   I love T-Mobile just not this location!
