Not a preference I will go there for basic care but they suck honestly not very educated on women's health I told them my problems and they didn't listen. Then had to call me back in to tell me what I already told them. Not the most polite sometimes I prefer a private doctor but you get what you pay for.

I owe Putnam Co. Health Dept. and their Care Givers/Nurses/Doctors-N.P. great appreaciation they are wonderful and so caring.
I am a diabetic with many medical problems, I get my medications, check ups & blood work always with a smile and kindness.  I am so thankful and appreciate everything they do for me and others.  God Bless Them - Each And Everyone of Them There @ Putnam Co. Health Dept.  Your #1

They are good for pretty much all basic care, but I've had some issues when it comes to women's care. Mainly, they don't like looking at your medical history with other providers and insist that you either do everything with them or they ignore that you've already had it done. In my particular case, I had already had a pelvic and papsmear exam that year yet they insisted that I would have to get another one to get birth control, even after I had the other agency (a local one) fax the records over. I specifically remember the nurse insulting my intelligence by saying "This isn't McDonald's, you can't just drive up and get birth control."
