Good place, saving lives of people who don't have a means to see a DR any other way, also helping people get medication were as they could not otherwise.

DO NOT GO HERE !! DO NOT GO HERE!! READ IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHY...............................This health care provider is a joke. If you want to have the worst possible care imaginable then please feel free to have them care for you. My experience almost cost me my life to say the least and could have left my two children without a FATHER the rest of their lives. These people prescribed me an antidepressant and set me up a follow up visit well after i had run out of my prescription meds leaving me to go 6 days without. I experienced every single one of the withdraw symptoms. One is suicidal thoughts. You can NOT get in touch with this place when needed. You have to rely on them calling you back up to 5-7 days later. An absolute joke if you ask me. I have spoken with the supervisor at the Statesville location and he was nothing more than rude and had that "matter of fact" attitude and totally disregarded one of their patients worries for other patients that may no be so lucky as to live past their neglect treatment system. Good luck if you go here.

Terrible service. Place is the ghetto. First time i sat im waiting room for 2 hours the second time they called me and cancelled my appointment while i was already there . staff is rude and apparrantly they only have one dr.

Wait time may be long. You may not get the answers you want but you will get the truth. These doctors and nurses actually care and are really down to earth​ and friendly. I trust them and I bring my whole family. The only issue is the phone service sucks. Its hard to get through but once you do they take care of you.
