The combination of excellent waitstaff, fun yet familiar dishes, artistic cocktails and rotating beers, STATION is a great place for a casual dine or a "fancy" night out. The industrial interior takes a bit to adjust to, with the dim lighting and older tables/chairs - that is my only recommendation as a change, but overall it's tasteful and trendy, like their food and drinks. I'll be back for another try.

Food is absolutely delicious. Cocktails are tasteful and beautiful. Atmosphere needs just a few touches. It was just a little bit too dark to read some of the menus, and our table was wobbly.

Too much garlic in my calamari dish and I LOVE garlic! My husband's pork shank dish had very little meat . My daughter's rib I was great but the potato side was inedible.

I had moved away from Pittsburgh but come back time and time again. I think I found my new favorite restaurant in town. 

Station offers beautiful and creative plates for anyone. If you're unsure just order it and you'd be surprised what you will get.We dined on Friday 9/15 and shared numerous "small plates" which could honestly be considered small entrees. We sampled the current pork ribs, eggplant and chicken liver mouse; each and every plate was perfectly plated and the tastes, the liver mouse I do not recall a better one from both working in Pittsburgh to Napa. This was hands down one of the best I've ever had in the world. Not to over shadow our other small plates, each dish was well balanced and very tasty. 

We opted to split an entree, the smoked pork shank Tagliatelle. If you need any more reason to visit, do it for this. A smoked shank that has ham like qualities but reminds me more of pastrami but combined with house made pasta and the ridiculous sauce  sauce pooling around.... 

I have not had such a great dining experience in Pittsburgh since the days of Root 174. If you need a new place to try and become you new favorite do not miss this awesome eatery. Props to Chef Curtis and his team for delivering on every level. I cannot wait to come back for their next menu change.

Decent food at an okay price.  Not very busy so can feel a bit empty.  Good service and convenient location.
