The most bizarre experience. I placed my delivery over the phone. An hour and a half hour later, I call to check on the status of my delivery...They have no record of my delivery. Mind you, they took my credit card information over the phone and my card had already been charged for the price of the order but they continued to deny the existence of my order. I hate asking to speak with a manager, I am not that kind of person, but after the dolt who was "helping" me started to get an attitude and be short with me, I asked to speak with the manager to just make sure he was aware of the situation. I definitely did not want anything free or any sort of special treatment out of the situation. I initially just wanted my money back or my food. But after that extremely strange experience, I was just happy to be done with it. 

I had eaten there several times prior and the food is pretty great, not going to lie. I like the food. The staff on the other hand, leaves much to be desired. Even that shouldn't be an issue in a world of takeout and delivery, but it is if they take your money and then deny the existence of your order. I'll be disputing the charge with my card company.

I’m having my last meal from Wai’s today.  This used to be my favorite place. The service is horrible. The quality of food went downhill.  My meal is cold. No sauce. Just bad!! There are better places

Good food but don't order over the phone. They took my order and then never delivered my food. When I called to check the status of my order, they told me that there was no order and then proceeded to treat me like I was crazy. The man I spoke to sounded like a knuckle-dragging illiterate.

We love Nikki.  The service was prompt, food delicious and Nikki was kind and personable.  We will continue to come back 😀
