This Steak ‘n Shake has been my go to restaurant for so many years. So many memories here lol. Friendly staff. Fodelene is a sweet and helpful employee!!!!
this milkshake was not worth 5 dollars at all. this is so disgusting. this place needs to be shut down asap. never again will i buy a milkshake from this place. 0/10 don’t recommend. it taste like milk. zero stars. Kid-friendliness: this is not kid friendly.
I went here to order milkshakes for my family, we ordered two Nutella milkshakes add Oreo to one and peanut butter to the other, two Oreo milkshakes and one vanilla. They got all of them right except for the Nutella milkshakes, they brought out a peanut butter and an Oreo milkshake and when we explained what was wrong the girl at the window proceeded to ask us what our order was four times and then proceeded to bring it back wrong. The manager asked what we wanted and he himself brang us the wrong shakes as well, so we ended up with four incorrect shakes and dumbfounded staff with disgusting attitude. We always avoid this location because it always sucks.
Good food, fast service, and not price gouging you for your last dollar like some other fastfood chains that think there serving gold. Locally owned and operated where can you go wrongFood: 5/5
Let me start by saying if i could give no star i would have. I placed my order on their app. I am at work and can't leave so someone went to pick it up for me. He gets there pulls in curbside pick up and waits. They proceed to tell him they never received the order, but they already took the money out of bank account. I tell them my order again, a #3 with cheese fries and a large sweet tea. What i got was a # 3 squished frisco because lets drop into the bag a lg fry on top of the sandwich. No cheese for the fries and for what ever reason the fries are loaded with what tastes like chili seasoning, definitely not their regular seasoning, and a warm unsweet tea. I have tried to call the store 3 times now. It just rings until it finally hangs up on me.
When we first walked in, the entire place was empty and no staff to be seen. We started ordering on the kiosk and noticed that it is a very limited menu no chicken fingers, only basic shakes. I then noticed a bin full of cooked bacon and cooked burgers sitting next to the grill. I was hesitant to order but we had two hungry kiddos and decided to give it a try. All of us had less than pleasant bathroom experiences within an hour or two of finishing the meal. The staff did not say a word to us the entire time we were there. You sit down and they call your number and just leave the food on the counter. My friend that was with me pointed out an open jug of nacho cheese sitting on the counter not refrigerated.
I had the worst experience from this restaurant which I never had happen to me out of all the times I’ve order here. Me and my spouse was praying good through the drive thru when this young guy was trying to take our order. All of a sudden a lady which seems to be a supervisor started taking our order with an extremely nasty attitude which you can feel it through the speaks how rude she was. She tried to rush us and we wasn’t done ordering. We wasn’t being difficult customers or anything didn’t be rude to her or anything like that we were basically trying to decided what we wanted which only took probably like 30s. We go to the window and she rushes our food pricing which I though she might have been talking to another customer on her headset. I let her know I wanted my fries fresh she proceed to ignore me and so I repeated it and the. She got an attitude with me saying that she heard me so i than Ask what’s the total. She still had a nasty attitude saying it’s $19.31. Me and my spouse didn’t like how she was looking at use in a rude way or how her attitude was towards us so we left and didn’t get anything. We didn’t know what she had up her sleeve and like i said I never experience this before so i was in shock by how she treated us. The lady description: she was a light skin heavy set , with very short medium brown alfro hairstyle. I don’t want other to experience what we have experienced. Please take care of this issue thank you
Terrible I order a double cheese burger with lettuce tomatoes onions and said it does not come with lettuce Tomatoes i am just flabbergasted I order this so many time and all steak n shakes does the same but this one says no it does not come with lettuce unbelievable
Food is good. Server is fine. However, the cooks need to pay closer attention to the tickets. I asked for no cheese, onion, or mustard. It's evident that they took the cheese off after placing it on there. There was also onions and mustard as well. I ordered grilled cheese and apple sauce for my daughter. They gave her fries. My friend asked for no mayo. He got mayo. Please hire people who are going to make what a customer orders. This has been two different steak n shakes in Tampa that have done this now
I go here once in a while. I’ve never had to wait long in the drive thru for my food so I really can’t complain. Fast food is fast food ya know, I’m satisfied when I get edible food and fast. The garlic steakburger always hits when I just want something affordable. The fries are the best with Cajun seasoning and the lemonade is bomb. Sometimes they give ketchup in the nice packets so that always makes it better. Anyways thanks Steak ‘n Shake on Fowler for never disappointing me
