Garbage service and worse food. Didn’t get correct drink, nuggets for my meal and the fries are obviously old and served cold. I’ve never been to a worse place then this store. I’d be appalled to represent this store.
Severely understaffed. Waited in drive thru for a good 5 min behind some other people. Eventually left and went inside, then the guy that had been in front of me in drive thru followed shortly. I asked the employee if the drive thru wasn’t open or maybe their notification bell wasn’t working, they were very sweet and said sorry we only have 2 people working. 2 people working during lunch on a Friday? Hire more people Wendy’s…and if you can’t get people to work for you, maybe it’s time you pay a livable wage….
Fries had no salt, wrong drink, sandwich filled with sauce. Waste of money
This particular Wendy's has been around for awhile. The dining room lacks any welcoming factors as it is old and the carpet is probably original. Very dingy. The cashier seemed annoyed as she could have cared less about our order or us being there. Her phone seemed more important. The food, however was hot and quickly served. I quess that's all that really matters ....‍
Very disappointed with how I was treated today at this Wendys. I spent just about 24 dollars at this location and never received all of my food items . First let me explain I ordered three 4 for 4s order was correct but was missing a frosty. Then for my meal I ordered a number 10 no bacon and a baked potatoe instead of fries. With a strawberry lemonade. Was never given the lemonade. They also forget cheese sauce. Before walking out the door I checked my sandwich to avoid another trip. Then I noticed it wasn't fresh at all. It has been sitting for a bit. I notified manager on duty, he offered to make fresh never told me there would be a Wait time. So I asked for a refund because I didn't want my children food getting cold. I asked manager if I could just have a refund for my food then he refused to give me a refund he said I would have to get a refund tomorrow. I asked if I waited is it possible my kid's can switch out there fries for fresh fries. Unfortunately he refused. He wanted to put on a show and he was very aggressive with me in front of my children. He told me I had to write my name and number on a piece of paper which I did. Then he told me I couldn't take the food I paid for which was the 3 orders of 4 for 4. I asked for a refund for just my meal. I will never return to this location again. I was treated bad in front of my kid's when all I asked for was a fresh sandwich and fresh fries while we waited six minutes. This was a Togo order.
The night shift crew was very rude and one employee that was cleaning the front wearing a red hat and pink shirt was making racist comments and very unprofessional. As they were giggling and taking their time not doing their job . Trash.Food: 1/5
Chicken raw in the middle. Gross. Don’t go here *On edit - They offered a gift card. Are you guys insane? Why would I want anymore of your trash food?? Gross, I feel like I'm going to vomit when I think of biting into raw chicken.
every time i come here they always have an attitude or get something wrong no wonder why they are so under staffed who would want to work with people who are always in a bad mood, especially the manager Devin he’s very rude & also in a bad mood whenever i go. if you don’t like your job THEN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. If i could give this place 0 stars i would.
Never have diet soda. Didn't have sprite last time we were there either. Time before that they didn't have bacon, potatoes AND diet soda. They asked us to come to the window to order but then rung up the wrong item and gave us a bacon pretzel burger when I ordered the regular cheese burger, not good because my husband is allergic to bacon.
Slowest place on earth! This is not fast food when i wait for food as long as it takes at a real restaurant, i only ordered nuggets and a daves special and a strawberry lemond, came out to almost 14 dollars and it took them over 40 mins to get me to the window. It wasnt even that many cars like 4 ahead we waited like 15 mins each
