We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. Love coming here but for some reason these past 2 times I order from door dash they made my triple bacon Bufford into a double it makes me mad because I'm paying full price for a triple combo I know it's not the dashers fault because they have the correct order on there phone so I don't know why they keep giving me a double instead of a triple in person they never mess up I know they receive the right order so I don't know what's going on.
The meat is very salty. I believe they add salt since hamburger meat does not come that way. Someone has not been taught what to do there and too heavy with the salt. They were the only thing open on Christmas eve etc. I did not like it at all and wont be going back. Now Sonic on Fowler is excellent. Good quality meat no salt taste and excellent presentation and bigger menu tater tots onion rings etc.
I personally think checkers is nasty. To me it tastes like they cook with old grease. Ate there twice ended up with a tummy ache. No particular location just ain't a place I'll ever eat from again. To each their own.
Go to the checkers on bears or Nebraska, they NEVER have ANYTHING. Literally had 2 cars ahead of me, waited 15 minutes JUST to order for them to say “we don’t have it”. They don’t have chicken bites, chicken tenders, or burgers so I guess you can order fries. Oh they also don’t have coke or Dr Pepper. I’m not sure if you guys tell your customers you are out of stuff just so you don’t have to serve them, but seriously just close that way it’s not an inconvenience to serve customers.
Luis was awesome, we came in right before closing and he still provided great customer service with a great Attiude! Highly satisfied all around and will definitely be coming back
Had to repeat myself 10 times before they got my order, saying they couldnt hear me while at that point i was yelling into the microphone. Got up to the window, they were all inside laughing and dancing, guy at the register was hanging out the window probably why they couldn't hear me no work getting done. Messed my order up anyway even after repeating it several times and having them repeat it back to me. Ordered 2 doubles buford with cheese, ended up getting 2 singles with just ketchup and onion? I would give 0 stars if I could. I contact checkers, never heard anything back. Very unprofessional.
This place really sucks...sat in driver thru waiting to order 30 odd minutes cpuldnt back out.... slowest mediocre service.... mediocre food in all of greater Tampa..pass on this location
Other then drug users in Wendy's parking lot and even checker employees turning a blind and not reporting to sheriff department I was shocked and ask the employee why someone don't report it because what goes on in the parking lot will effect your business
First and foremost, I’m just now getting off, my husband and I are going to go grab something quick to eat at our normal fast food spot. The cashier that night was very disrespectful and nasty attitude. I asked for my receipt and she cussed me out with the window closed . Around 11:27 pm I politely asked to speak with the manager and she apologized for how she was acting and she said she would talk to her about it. But I highly doubt it ! She needs to be in the back of the house !! Her name according to the manger “ sable “ ! I lost my appetite . Gee thanks
Had a visit that did not go to well there other day , however they staff did go above and beyond to make sure my food was fresh and corrected, would I visit again ? most definitely thank you to the Fowler store 6PM staff on 8/18 for being all stars continue to wow the community you are doing amazing ! Go visit for amazing service and warm smiles...
