My trainer quit, so I left too. Frustrating policies I was on a payment schedule for my training cost, but everyone except my trainer always tried to make me pay the full remaining cost of the training package. Very frustrating to have to keep explaining their own policies to them. Shouldn't be surprised, but when I decided to leave, the receptionist said she would make sure the membership was cancelled, but a few moths later I got a call from head office saying I owed the last months fee (from after I quit) and the membership was still active. They refused to waive the past months after I left, saying the reception had been wrong and they could do nothing about it. Spoke to my former trainer about it, he wasn't surprised.

They only have one squat rack and one flat bench rack (for bench press) so if those are taken, which they almost always are during lunch or after work, you are out of luck. Tons of single muscle specific machines though... If that's your thing. Tons of tiny lockers and barely any medium or big ones. The medium and large ones are always taken. Smallest change room I've ever seen at a gym. The flat bench press is oddly low to the ground. Those are their main issues, besides that it's a good gym. Fairly clean and decent cardio equipment. Pretty busy during peak times as it's the only gym in Yale town (that I know of). Honestly if you lift heavy or do any kind of Olympic lift I'd go somewhere else.

Meh. It was a pretty nice gym. It was a little small for my liking and one of the staff was very rude to me. I think her name was Alexandra. Not 100% sure though. I was in the middle of using some of the equipment when she came and took over the machine I was using. I told her I was in the middle of a set and she just said "we'll only be a minute" then used it for four sets...I stood there waiting for a good 5 minutes. I get that I'm not a personal training client, but c'mon. That's very rude. I was on a trial pass when this happened and have decided to go elsewhere because of it. If I come back, I'll still be slightly hesitant to train, but I liked the shorter, muscular guy Daven I think. I would train with him most likely. He seems like he knows what he's doing. He was also really outgoing and friendly. I liked that they have the open concept though. A lot of natural light coming in which was really refreshing.

It was ok. i like the gym and it has a lot of sun light. the trainers are usually nice but it depends on how their day is going i guess. I trained with a girl there for a couple months. she was usually nice too.

Small space but great for a quick lunch time workout. If they had a second squat rack and bench press I would've given 5 stars ;)
