Sales - 5 stars.  Low pressure sales team.  Pleasant,  super helpful,  a great place to buy a car. 
Service - 2 stars.  There was a 2 plus month wait to get an appointment for Volt service.  Maybe they should train another technician to work on Volts? It's easier to get an appointment with a doctor at UCSF...
Parts - 2 stars.  Tried to buy and extra fob for the car.  7 to 8 days to special order it and get it in on their second highest selling vehicle.  An other customer on the phone had a problem sourcing a different part.  The shelves look kind of barren.

Worst service I ever had in a dealership. Very traditional type dealer, don't feel welcoming at all. I will never bring my car here ever again. First they say it's going to take 1 hour 30 min for an oil change. Almost 2 hour no news and I have to ask if my car is done or not. Then they claim to use full synthetic oil but ask me to come back after 5000 miles. 

I think I asked everything nicely but they don't seems want to explain or talk to the customer at all.

Friendly, straight forward staff - didn't pad or push unnecessary services when I brought my car in for maintenance. The cost was reasonable. Also the courtesy shuttle was very convenient.

I bought a 2017 Malibu Premiere at Stewart Chevrolet - it was a great buying experience. My salesperson Justine was helpful and no pressure at all. She showed me a few cars and let me test drive and I came back a few days later with my wife and did it again. The whole staff were nice and helpful and the financing process was clear and no pressure either. Really happy with my new car and the whole buying experience!

I just left the dealer 3:15pm on 3/22/17 I've never gone to a dealership and there was absolutely nobody available to help me. Also there were no other customers in sight. The first sales guy told me he would call someone. Nobody came. So after waiting and checking out the car I wanted I decided to leave. On my way out I saw another sales person (who was in the worst mode ever! Very rude). He told me to just turn my car around and wait in the showroom...and kept walking...absolutely no customer service at this place! Thy obviously don't need the business. Putnam Chevy it is!
