Charles greeted us as we arrived and offered to show us the auto we were interested in. I have to say Charles made the car buying experience very pleasant today. He was knowledgeable,he took care of our concerns while looking out for his employer as well. The actual initial buying experience was really poor. I walked the parking lot for 30 minutes before being approached by a sales person. That sales person asked for my keys but Never told me someone was going to test drive my car while I was left waiting at a desk without the sales person. Then I guess when they decided they liked the car I was trading in he kind of slipped in that they drove it and were ready to deal.
Then when going through the purchase process there was a delay. The sales person knew I had family waiting and lied for two hours about how long the wait would be. Finally I quietly got up took my keys and walked out. The sales people did not know I was gone for half hour. They did then call and say they would send someone down with the paperwork but it would have been close to ten at night. I really wanted the car you had on the lot so I agreed and they brought the car to me the next day. Absolutely one of the worst buying experiences of my life! However the reason I gave three stars was the woman who did the paperwork with me. You knew she knew auto sales and dealerships in this valley. She was bright and to the point but answered all my questions and gave me an extra tip or two on how to care for my car. The he sales force believes their time is more important than the customers. would not have considered buying from you again but for the professionalism of Lori the person who handles documents paperwork etc. someone needs to manage your sales staff

My husband and I came in knowing exactly what we wanted. Charles greeted us with kindness and was very knowledgeable. He and the rest of the staff made what’s normally a difficult experience (sometimes stressful) very smooth and pleasurable. I would definitely recommend anyone to Charles and staff at Nissan Serramonte!

I was able to make an appointment online for the next day. They saw me right away. Walked me through each step and checked in with me along the way with progress. They had to order some parts but they got them within a day and finished the work that same day the parts came in. Everyone was very professional and courteous. 
Estimates were close to actual cost.

Fei is the best. He explained everything about the new car and test drive with our family in the new car we looking at. We got all the information we need and he help us get a great finance plan. Highly recommend him to everyone.
