Honda of Serramonte is THE BEST service in the area.  I have been very
well pleased with Darrell Wilson as he is a very professional service consultant.  He  listens very carefully to car problems and gives an excellent FIVE STAR performance with speedy service!  
The waiting room is very clean with coffee and donuts offered.  Restrooms are also very clean. 
I lived in CT and then PA before moving to San Francisco.  This is the BEST
Honda service I've had in my 40 years of owning a Honda.

Greg was fantastic. He was very friendly and helpful. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The turn around time was initially 3 days but Greg and his team were able to get my vehicle back to me by the end of the day. Often times, service advisors in the auto industry tend to over-promise and under-deliver. This was not the case. Greg went above and beyond. I highly recommend, if at all possible, speak and work with Greg!

Darrell was quick to assist me after pulling up in the Appointment line. He assessed my car and gave me a break down of the next steps. My car was finished within 2 hours on a busy Holiday weekend. Darrell made sure to answer my questions and asked me to call him back if I had any concerns or questions later on! Thank you Darrell for your excellent customer services as always!

Bobby did an exceptional job in dealing with our maintenance needs for our two Honda Civic cars. He’s one of a kind for this kind of job. You can feel his sincerity to help clients. Of course, the rest of the team who do most of the dirty works also deserve a commendation. But frontliners, like Bobby, makes things smoother. Honda Serramonte, you got a rare gem in there in the person of Bobby. Keep it up!

Eric was really professional and personable and made sure to take care of a battery issue I was having. The manager came over and was very helpful and resourceful and they both went the extra mile in taking care of me. I got a 5 year warranty on a new battery and am happy!
