Fairly-priced, amazing food, and great service. I had the Truffle Steak and Egg, which was $52 before taxes and tip. Zorah B. kept my water full and was very welcoming. She seemed glad to make my experience enjoyable, which it was. The food was very good. The steak, which I ordered medium, was perfectly seasoned, the brioche with egg was perfectly cooked, the potato shreds were perfectly crisped. There are many less expensive options, like a burger for $10. The food is worth their prices. You can sit inside at a table, or the bar, or outside. They also have rooms and special tables for large groups. There's a restroom and they also do to-go orders. The interior was nicely decorated for Halloween. I highly recommend checking this place out, whether you're planning to have an intimate dinner or going to dine with a large group. Me and my boyfriend celebrated our 5 yr anniversary of being together and we seen all the social media views on this restaurant so decided to try. We went on New Years Eve; First the atmosphere is aesthetically pleasing the vibes were for sure THERE! Music was great loved how they played jams from the 90’s! Our server Priscilla was the BEST! No lie hands down one of my top servers I’ve experienced as I’m very big on customer service because I’m also in that line of work. She recommended great dishes and never missed a beat on checking in with us. ALL the waiters, servers, managers were great! Definitely recommend 10/10 we will be back and sitting in Priscilla section
We had a great experience for my friend Chelsea’s birthday dinner on a very busy Halloween night. The ambiance is very cool and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Amazing food, drinks, and service. Our server Dejan was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable and made great recommendations. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.
Visited on a weekday for dinner. Was going to have a drink at the bar then have dinner at a table. The bartender was so friendly and fun we decided to have dinner at the bar. Food was delicious love the bread and dipping sauce. Steak and lobster was cook perfectly. Atmosphere is fun will definitely visit again.Food: 5/5
very large and tasty wagyu burger for only 9.99 is perfect for breakfast as it contains bacon and egg! a small mug of cappuccino costs $4. I ordered a pumpkin pie to go, but unfortunately they brought me an apple pie, I found it at home and was upset. the atmosphere of the night club inside, as well as good rhythmic music playing here. the waiter was very nice.
if you’re looking for a good quality food, this is not the place to be. It is overpriced and hyped that it doesn’t live the expectation. the person who was sitting next to us had to call their manager to get his food comped because 1. The steak he ordered “doesn’t look cooked” the way he wanted it to be, and 2. the steak doesn’t look like it’s “8 oz”. Me and my friend’s experienced was not bad. Although, the food was not the greatest, the wine tasted like it was watered down. Their spiced watermelon was alright and the watermelon they added looks a few days old. Our server was at least the best part, I can’t speak for the other tables next to us since they had multiple complaints.
Walked in, and we were immediately greeted work friendly, smiling faces. The atmosphere is dim and romantic. The selection on the menu is wide. The food is AMAZING!!!! Why have I not been here before??? I'm definitely coming back for our next special event. A big shout out to the manager and the entire team, for making my special day EXTRA!!!!
Great happy hour experience at STK steakhouse. Loved my server, Michael K! He was super attentive and provided great hospitality. I loved his service and super friendly. Will definitely be back!
We had an amazing time. The food/drinks were amazing, the staff were amazing and the place was amazing. I don't have one negative thing to say about this place. Chef Aziz and STK are doing a phenomenal job.
My husband and I love to eat out and we enjoy trying different restaurants in various cities across the country and internationally. We greatly appreciate good service, good food and good ambiance. We have been to STK in San Diego and really enjoyed our experience so we were excited to see STK open up in our city of San Francisco. I just flew black from San Diego this evening and I was delighted to learn my husband booked us a table at this STK for dinner. Sadly, my excitement was met with disappointment through a comedy of errors. Upon arrival, the ambiance and vibe were just as we expected. Our hostess was friendly and seated us quickly with our menus. So far, so good. Some time passed and our server walked by and said he would be with us shortly. We decided on cocktails and when our server came back we ordered cocktails. Then our server asked if we had any questions about the menu. We said we did not so he asked if we had made our selections. I didn't expect to order that early, but said sure if you'd like us to order now. We ordered salads to start then he inquired about entrees and sides, so we ordered our steak and side choices and my husband ordered two glasses of cab to arrive with our entrees. Our server left. At this point we still had empty water glasses on our table and no one had come by to ask if we wanted water. Some time passed and our salads arrived. Yet, we still didn't have our cocktails, nor did we have any water. I saw several staff buzzing about and made attempts to gain the attention of a staff member to ask for some water, but my attempts were unsuccessful. Finally, I managed to capture the attention of someone and asked if it was possible for us to get some water while we wait for our cocktails and eat our salads. She took care of us immediately and told us she would check on our cocktail orders. She returned with two cocktails and one glass of cab. We thanked her and informed her that we actually ordered two glasses of cab with our entrees and intended to start with cocktails. She said that makes sense and said she would speak with our server. Half way through my salad, our entrees and sides arrived. The person delivering everything noted that I was still working on my salad, but given that I don't want to eat my steak cold and there is limited space on the table, I directed him to take the other half of my salad away. Luckily, our steaks were cooked to order and were good. The Brussels sprouts were also very good. We weren't fans of the tater tots. Our wine was delivered not long after our entrees. Someone came by to check on us and we said in a kind way that we'd like to offer some constructive feedback from a diner's perspective, so we informed him of the issues with timing. He thanked us for the feedback. Our server returned as we were finishing up and asked if we were done. I asked if he could please box up the rest of my husband's NY strip and the Brussels sprouts and he said no problem and took our plates. Later he indicated there will be a chef dessert selection arriving on the house. Someone delivered some fresh donut holes with dipping sauces and a slice of cheesecake. That was a kind gesture given everything that transpired. He returned to take away the dishes and left the bill on the table. He didn't ask if we'd like anything else, such as coffee or after dinner drinks or more wine, which I found odd, before he brought the check. Sadly, I never got the leftover food I asked him to box up for me. I was really hoping for a better experience. My husband actually apologized to me and said he wanted it to be a good experience for me since I was excited about him making the reservation for us and taking me out when I returned from San Diego for work. I'm grateful that he made the time and effort to take me there and I really hope the feedback offered will lead to improvements to make future dining experiences great for others. I struggled between 3 and 4 stars.
