One of the best MMA gyms I have found! The coaches are awesome. Very positive vibe here and the training regimens are great. I can't say enough about how great this gym is!

I have been wanting to take this class for sometime now but I never seem to get around to it, finally I told myself this would be the year I would do it! I am so glad I did, me and a couple friends signed up and we left there with so much more awareness and physical techniques that I feel are extremely Invaluable. This training left me with a new found confidence in regards to verbal and physical resistance skills, and also being aware of your intuition and to listen when you feel fear. To often we as woman tend to be to nice to strangers possibly putting ourselves in harms way.  In this class you will learn the importance of trusting your instincts, listening when you feel fear, you will also learn hands on self defense techniques. This class taught me to prepare for the unexpected, personal safety, crime statistic's, and increased mindfulness. I learned a deeper connection to myself, and increased understanding of others that may want to harm me, I also realize the importance of keeping yourself in shape because in this class you will get hands of training, it motivated me to keep getting stronger. Finally the instructor's Heather Winkeljohn, and Mike Winkeljohn were amazing team, they truly care about each and every person in that class, they made it fun and entertaining. They keep you on your toe's back to back for the entire class, never a dull moment. I highly recommend this class to each and every woman, of any age attend this class, this could really save your life. You will walk from this class feeling empowered, confident, and more aware each and every day. Thank you Heather and Mike I really appreciate you both for what you are doing to help woman stay safe.
