This is the best place in Las Vegas if you need to store things. Security and privacy are evident here. The place is very secure, well lighted, clean and maintained to a military degree. Impressive. But most importantly, the staff is fair, polite, and they are always willing to work with you. Unlike other places in the valley such as '24/7 Automated Storage' located off of Rancho, (stay clear of 24/7 Automated Storage!!!). I run my own business and from time we need to store things. Stor-More also gives businesses who need it, 24/7 access which comes in really handy at times. As a business owner, I appreciate a great business and Stor-More is the only place we will every use, hands down, period. Thank you Stor-More!

I was with Stor-More from November 2012 until June 2016 totaling 3 1/2 years. I had gotten a storage with them because I was relocating to another state and wanted to secure all of my belongings and items. My plan was to of course get my storage out and have it shipped to where I am now but things took place that hindered me from being able to do it sooner than later. Within those 3 years both of my parents had passed, I lost my job, and I had separated from my child's father and had to start over. On June 10th my Storage was auctioned off due to nonpayment. Of course that's my fault as a customer but I was going thru financial difficulties and even kept Stor-More in the loop of that and whenever I would ask for a payment arrangement or to make a partial payment  it was always a "NO Corporate doesn't allow it" So my storage was auctioned off meaning EVERYTHING I ever owned or had since a little girl until now was gone, and sold! My daughters baby items, important papers. and memory's gone and STOR - MORE did not care! They said they asked the individuals who bought the storage to bring any personal items back to their office so I could have someone pick them up for me but that WAS A LIE! It has been now 3 months since my storage has been auctioned off and I haven't received a call. Then the last time I spoke with someone from Stor-More they said that 80% of the time people who lose their storage still get some of there things back well I guess I fell in the 20% that don't. End of story I WILL never refer anyone to this place. I feel that if you have a customer that has been with you for years and they have kept communication with you when things are tough you should WORK WITH THEM!! I am to this day still very hurt that Stor-More didn't even have the decency to try to reach out to the company that bought my storage just to see if anything could be retrieved. Terrible. DON'T RENT FROM THEM!! THEY WILL GLADLY AUCTION YOUR STORAGE OFF WITHOUT TRYING TO WORK WITH YOU IF YOU EVER FAIL TO PAY THEM DUE TO FINANCIAL HARDSHIPS!!  Seek somewhere else for storage units!
