Horrible experience. The only upside was the actual guys who performed the moves each time were nice. Our stuff was picked up on 8/27 from Utah to begin the move to Massachusetts. I was told it would be there within 21 business days, but more likely it would be less. I then found out the 21 business days doesn't even start until they brought our items to their storage facility in Las Vegas. Regardless, the 21 business day window was supposed to be up on 9/29. Still no items. They finally delivered on 10/5, 4 business days PAST the 21 day window. We went through a broker who hired these guys for us and our broker agent Robert called them on 10/5 requesting a partial reimbursement for the delay. He gave me a call and told me the owner of oasis would be calling me to apologize and offer around $160 for the trouble back. No call was ever received. I called multiple times and every time Nicole from customer service just blew me off and said they don't do refunds. Talk about grand customer service. They also lost multiple items including a tv, computer monitor, and our bed frame. As well as every item being broken they packed themselves. Unacceptable service. Stay away.

Worst moving company ever! They don't even deserve one star! All the bad reviews are 100% true. The good reviews must be from people they ask to write good reviews for them. Trust me!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR LONG DISTANCE MOVING! I moved from San Diego CA to Cleveland OH and had my goods picked up Sept 19th. I was told it would take 1-18 days to complete the move. It has now been over a month (10/20), and I was told today that my furniture is still located in a wearhouse in L.A. I was also told that my furniture won’t be packed until the end of the next week. So with off of that, I have now been on an air mattress for over a month, and the customer service could have cared less that I have been negatively impacted. Worst decision I have ever made as far as moving goes. STAY AWAY you will be happy you did.

Only 1 star will be given and that is only because you have to in order to post.  They failed to be here to pick up on date and time given.  Best of all they never called!!! Let's see if they show up tomorrow.  What a way to run a business, go elsewhere for your moving.  They evidently can't even follow their own business contract
