I used this storage company, to store some belongings when i moved, and in the process of transferring everything into my unit i dropped my wallet at this Pawtucket location. I called immediately after to ask management or whoever is in charge of the camera's if they were willing to look at the time frame( which i provided for them) to see where exactly i dropped my wallet. I also was willing to come in with the person who would be looking for me for additional help to find my wallet. I have called every SINGLE day to BOTH phone numbers that were provided to me to find my wallet. i was told i needed to speak to the manager Gilbert, whom i called again EVERY SINGLE DAY for the past month since i have moved my belongings into my unit and have not gotten a SINGLE phone call back. I am disgusted in the customer service provided by this company. I understand it was my fault that i lost my wallet, but just like everyone else in the world i am human. The reason i keep perusing this matter is because not only did i lose personally paperwork such as identification. i also had military paperwork in my wallet. Very confidential information, that i know should not be in my wallet but as i was moving that day i figured that would be the safest place to store my Items. All i asked was for a phone call back and to be acknowledged as a paying customer to help me find my belongings. The fact that i have been SO persistent and patient with this matter and have not received the proper attention back is very poor customer service. It takes 5 Minutes out of somebody's day ESPECIALLY with a time frame previously given, to check the camera's. When i asked for the owner to handle this matter as the manager was not, i was told they live in Florida and are no help to me. Also was told by the front desks at both locations that i personally had to keep calling to try to get a hold of the manager, which is so unprofessional. Therefore i am CONSTANTLY requesting the mangers attention to this matter and STILL a month later have not even received a phone call to follow up. I am disgusted in the way this business handles there customer service and i will NEVER forward business in the future to you company. This is a disgrace.

Very rude people at work there the doors to unload your truck I'm never working employees use the ramp to unload the truck as a personal pocket area after years of having a storage bin there they threw me out because I complained about the employee parking in the garage door

Safe, open 24 hours, and great knowledgeable staff, and great discount for the first 3months. I would highly recommend  them to anyone.

Best priced storage facility in the area, easy to access and load/unload, and friendly staff. Facility is secure and never had any concern about environmental conditions.
