This storage facility used to be good until the city of Yonkers removed their 24 hour access, so I can't really blame them for that. As well as not allowing any inside storage for motorcycles. Again, a city of Yonkers code violation. No their fault. They recently brought in a whole new staff and are under new management. Prices for storage units are a bit higher then other places. Facility is clean and we'll kept though.

This is the only storage facility I can trust in Yonkers which is why I have three rooms there storing my business supplies. Why I say that? Is because there aren't any pest problems one and it's convenient. They have late hours available if you need that.

I have not had to get storage for many years but had heard horror stories about them. Getting storage at this location has been an amazingly pleasant experience for me. I would like to commend the manager Sherine Reid for running an exceptional efficient operation. The facility is always spotlessly clean and everyone there is always professional and courteous and the credit goes to Sherine. She clearly leads by example. She is always unbelievably pleasant even when they are extremely busy. I say this in all seriousness. Storage Fox should have new hires come and observe her to learn how to deliver the best in customer service.

I use to love this place, but now the customer service just plan ol sucks. I rented a uhaul van from here on 11/6/17 and was charged a cleaning fee on Tuesday. I called on Tuesday and told its' because there was mud in the front driver and passanger side flooring and the cab smelled like cigarette smoke. Well the problem here is that I don't smoke and the building parking lots that I was moving in and out of are both paved with black top. When I fought this I got the run around, I was told it's basically my word against their employees word. I was the nicest coolest person but i did demand answers, so I was told somebody would call me back and no body ever did. On Wednesday i called back b4 9am on my way to work spoke to the manager Shirma, and told her what was going on and she said she'll look into it and call me back; never did i called back that evening after 5 on my way home from work. She gave me such poor customer service, her responses were, "he said you were smoking" (long awkward pause), me: hello, Shirma "Yeah I'm here". Long story short, she offered to split the bill with me in half, when I stood my ground and told her no because I'm not a smoker and I know that's not true and that I would like to speak to someone above her she said ok (long awkward pause) -ugh completely frustrating! I asked her what can she do because i know this is not true. She said shell call the person that can make a decision ans get back to me. I called back the next day after 5 because of course no one called me and she said I gave him your information I figured he would call you. When I asked to speak to her boss she said there's nothing they can do for me and I'm to take it up with Uhaul and the guy she called was from Uhaul, when I asked for his number I was told by Shirma that she was not at liberty to give it to me and that I would have to call Uhaul....uhhhhhh wasn't this guy from Uhaul. These people are frauds, liars and they're customer service SUUUUUUUCKS!!! I can't wait to get my family's storage locker moved elsewhere. I used to love working with these place but now, smh not anymore this crew is new and care nothing about customer relationship building. Do yourselves a favor and take your business elsewhere before they charge you with phoney charges and then give you super crappy customer service afterwards. Ps. They slam phones down on you at the end of the conversation if you ask too many questions. Terrible experience.

The staff is phony nice and ghetto; you want something done concerning your unit, they want a kickback. The manager is a real daisy; unapproachable and inept, you can find his short, bald self on facebook looking for attention. The ONLY cool employee, seems to have left, the void filled with adolescent fools. They price gouge, lie about the rates, jack them up once your settled in! You park your car, it gets hit by a U-haul truck and of course, no one sees anything, despite the cameras being everywhere. There is nothing good about Storage Fox!! From management down, the place is one big swindle!!! The useless staff should be sold off into some third world servitude, the storage units razed, and the earth they were built upon salted, so that nothing ever grows there again...
