Is it a hotel or a storage facility? This Westy Self Storage is like walking into a hotel lobby! Onto some of the staff....Scott is understanding of your needs, explains in detail the "rules" of storing your items in their facility, types of payments they take, hours you can get into the building, etc. You pick your own 6 digit pin that you must use to get into the building/onto the premises. They even have a 12ft truck you may use to drive within a 40 mile distance without charging you. That is a huge perk folks! Natalie is another front desk gal. She made sure when I borrowed the truck I had extra blankets and dollies in the truck. Lastly, when shopping around for a climate controlled storage facility the White Plains Westy's has the best pricing in the area.

We used Westy's White Plains for 4 years, during which we upgraded our unit size twice.  I cannot say enough fabulous things about the staff and facility - always clean, bright, safe and reliable.  We looked at other storage facility options and were completely sub-standard in comparison.  We were storing furniture, electronics, clothes, memorabilia etc. and the care of the facility was of high importance to us.  Julissa and team delivered terrific customer service at all times.  While we were thrilled to buy a new home and no longer need a storage unit, it was bittersweet to say goodbye to them!  Highly recommend Westy's - worth the price if you can swing it.

I've used storage facilities before but this Westy in White Plains is the best I've been to.  It's crazy clean, very easy in and out, and the people are very helpful and professional.  You feel like the place is safe, your stuff is protected, and that if there's a challenge they'll help you solve it.  While the people all are good, the guy who I work most closely with is Doug.  He goes out of his way to help, make transactions quick, and make the whole experience a good one.  He's one of the main reasons I stay here and recommend it to my friends.

Everyone was so helpful and was super easy to get in and out of my unit! Felt totally comfortable leaving my belongings here knowing it was safe and clean
