I'VE USED THIS LOCATION SEVERAL TIMES. THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL. THE VEHICLES ARE ALWAYS READY. DONNA IS GREAT!

My name is Waleska Adames, I totally recommend this place! Excellent customer service! They go above and beyond to get you what you need. Mother and daughter both work at this location and they are the sweetest people to work with. Love them!! Will go back soon for any of my needs!!

Make sure that you don't have an expectation for a specific location when you reserve. (I know, sounds crazy that you would actually want to know where you're picking up the truck at the time you make your reservation! ) When you reserve, the location you indicate is simply a "preferred location" and is not guaranteed. I now have to go 40 miles out of my way because my "preferred location", for which I received a confirmation for, magically became unavailable, even after I just spoke to someone from this white plains location not even 2 hours ago! Uhaul a suggestion: Don't take reservations or confirm a reservation unless you know for a fact the location is guaranteed! Saying that a location is "preferred" not guaranteed is a shady way of doing business!!!

I've moved a few times around the area over the years, and always go to this location. Donna & her crew are good people who treat everyone fairly, despite the pressure they have when I've witnessed the occasional impatient customer who walks in with unrealistic demands. They're patient and competent - very important things in this type of job. If you have a few choices, I suggest going to 1 Virginia Road in White Plains.
