The location has some shady people but the staff is great and can't complain about the prices.

That staff at this location were very helping in finding us THREE storage units at the last minute, when we were stuck without an apartment.  They also gave us ALL three storage units for FREE for the month of August 2017.  So that saved us a lot of $$$ and headaches.  

The only downside was they made a huge mistake on our bill for September and it was difficult to get them to sort out the refund.   But I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage space.

The staff is fantastic! They are so helpful (Jasmin (Jazz) in particular) she took her time to show us the unit and helped us decide what size we truly needed. We thought we needed a smaller unit but with her suggestion we picked a bigger unit and we are so happy she did. She explained the paperwork and showed us where our unit was located, I feel safe leaving my belongings with them. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I would not trust this location, there are people actually living in these units with made up beds and rooms. The smell of marijuana in the units is clearly evident, alot of illegal business activities operating out of this place. Police have been there many times... What do you expect though in the Jane area??

Staff is wonderful.   Expensive tho.  Prices keep rising.
