Been renting storage units there for years now, there willing to work with you  great service and staff. Henry and Claudia very professional and respectful.

Very awesome staff. 
Everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful. I like that they had different size units so I had choices in options for my unit.
It being right off the freeway makes it perfect since I don't have to drive to an inconvenient area or deal with city traffic.

Henry and the staff at StorAmerica are AMAZING! The grounds are always clean, they are very professional, the office is always clean and smells fresh. It is very obvious that they take pride in their jobs and presentation. I would recommend anyone requiring self storage to use this facility.

We were a long term customer at Stor America, Indio. The rent was consistently raised by Claudia. She were not open to negotiation. The storage locker was not sealed well and a lot of sand and insects got into the unit. Some of our possessions were ruined. We decided it was time to leave and find a cleaner and more cost effective unit somewhere else. The rent was raised to $200.00 a month in the heat of summer. I have a storage locker in Dayton, Ohio. I pay $60.00 a month for and it's bigger then the locker I had here. The rent has never been raised there. Claudia wouldn't let me use their free truck to move my stuff out. It was not being used at the time we were moving out. I never found Claudia to be friendly or helpful in any way. We spent a large amount of money at Stor America. Because of our experience, I can't and won't recommend Stor America, Indio.

Good customer service Henry & Claudia are friendly people. Whenever I need storage this place gets my business.
