I can't say enough about my positive experience with StormForce.  I had significant storm damage on my roof and I was naturally concerned about having a reputable and trustworthy company working on my house.  From my first encounter I was immediately put at ease by the knowledge, professionalism, and patience shown by my consultant, Matthew Amodeo.   I had many questions and he competently answered all of them and walked me through the entire process including the one with the insurance company.  Either Matthew or someone from StormForce kept in constant touch with me informing me every step of the way of what to expect.  The ultimate test was obviously the finished product and I'm thrilled to say my new roof is outstanding!  What could have been an unpleasant experience turned out to be easy and efficient.   I am so grateful that I have a new roof just in time for hurricane season; that peace of mind is invaluable!

Having a roof replaced can be a very stressful process. But, Storm Force made our experience worry free. It was great to sit down with "Kenny" and go over the process of replacing our roof and the process folds out just as planned. It was a relief to find a company to live up to their name and replace the fear of being taking advantage of. Through our experience they have proved to be a credible and reliable company. We are please with their work and our roof looks awesome. Great Job!

Even when they were at fault for not ensuring the proper paperwork of completion had been received by my insurance company, they began harassing me for payments. When I called storm force, they even admitted they found out the proper paperwork had not been received, and they had to re-fax the proper documentation. Storm Force then issues a lien claim aggressively asking for payment, when just a week prior we were at their office submitting part of the payment that had been sent by the insurance company. The way they handle payment is shady, especially when they know, more information than you do, about when certain payments have been issued or sent by the insurance company.

Stormforce promised, delivered and we are happy!  Awesome it is when you get a phone with a tight schedule then every expectation is met. Wow!
I wish all companies could follow their format. I also notice that Stormforce was not money hungry. SF did not hit us with a single change order even though they threw in a few extras.  We highly recommend this company.

Me and my husband were both at work. Our kids babysitter was at our house when representative from StormForce came in offering roof services. She advised him that owner of the house is a builder himself (my husband is a general contractor) and to come back some other time. Then she heard a noise like someone was walking around on our roof. When she came outside she saw Storm roof Rep climbed on top of our roof WITHOUT permission and was recording our roof. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!! You are trespassing!!! One more time I will see any of your representatives near my property I will file complaint with BBB AND ATTORNEY GENERAL!
