Arron was very helpful and knowledgeable, and I was signed up in no time. Nicole had also left me a very friendly voicemail on my cell phone to ask me if I had any questions. She wanted to make sure I would get the right sized storage unit that would best fit my needs. I highly recommend this storage facility for its super-friendly staff and cheaper-than-market pricing model. 5 stars!

Excellent service.  Very nice and informative.  Very quiet and safe. Aaron is incredible, was able to satisfy all of my needs,  helped me out in every way and was able to help get me all moved into the perfect unit for me.

We opted for a more expensive, larger unit over a smaller, significantly cheaper one that was upstairs and are really glad we did. Having easy access to a unit that with what is virtually drive-up access is a big help.

StorQuest held the unit for us for 24 hours which was really helpful during what is the busy season. Sign-up with Evelyn was simple and quick and we were able to move stuff straight into the unit immediately.

The staff are friendly, the facility is well-maintained and clean and it was ideal for our needs for the three months we rented a space there.

If I had a small gripe, it's that there was a snafu with the gate access code for after-hours access that was fixed but I wasn't notified so I made a couple of wasted trips assuming I couldn't get in but, otherwise, no complaints.

Aaron was super helpful yesterday when I inquiring about a unit. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Ask for Aaron when inquiring because he will help you out a lot . Thanks again

I'd give this team SIX stars if I could. There are a lot of reasons why folks need to put things in storage - many of them aren't pleasant. So how good the customer service is can make the difference between "Hey, this isn't so bad" and "Oh my God, what a nightmare." The team at San Rafael StorQuest did so much to make my experience awesome - they were warm and friendly, went out of their way to make sure I had access to the space when I needed it, gave me a discount I didn't even know to ask for, and their rental process and close-out process were both mercifully quick and simple. And they keep cold drinking water in the office for those hot days of shifting boxes around! Amazing.
