I moved some of our furnishings into our storage unit for the first time today, with trepidation. . . we have never needed a storage facility before so I had some reservations about the process, costs, quality, etc.  Evelyn, the manager, was incredibly thorough, kind, patient and welcoming -- I have the utmost confidence that we made the right choice.  She took her time to show my husband and I several units and made candid recommendations based on our individual needs.
StorQuest on Gary Place is super easy to access from the freeway; their rates are better than competitive, and I will not worry about our belongings while they're in this facility.  Highly recommend.

Gio was super friendly, thorough and professional! 5 star service - plus the best rates for storage around. Super clean and safe facility as well.

Nice facility, clean and well kept. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Accommodating to every inquiry regarding storage, if they weren't certain the staff referred to the other location for support. I have three units located here for my residential goods. I feel my belingings will be safe until I am ready to move them.

EVELYN IS SO NICE AND SO HELPFUL. SHE SHOWED AVAILABLE UNITS UNTIL WE FOUND THE RIGHT ONE FOR US!

The service reps are very friendly and attentive to their customers, which I've found to be rare in the storage rental industry. When I booked a unit, the rep was late and gave me a discount off my first month - great way to make up for lost time! And when I moved in, the reps were very courteous throughout the experience. It also helps that they have the lowest rates in town.
