Great auto repair shop.  I was new to the area and needed a auto repair shop.  Did some research and thought that I would give them a try.  I have had nothing but positive experiences with them.  Love getting the loaner car for the day.  Honest, dependable, reasonable!!!

I was in search of another repair shop after my previous go to just straight up stopped working on my car. Never got a bill either, it was weird and the issue i brought it in for was not fixed. 

I googled places that offered loaner vehicles since the attraction of the former shop was that it was across the street from my house. That’s when I ran across Stouch’s. 

They took it in despite the bizzare circumstances, got me in a loaner car and got the issue resolved. I appreciated their explanations of what was going on and I’ve brought it back for additional work since then. Each time I’ve been satisfied that they were being honest and upfront with me and the pricing has been reasonable as well. 

The loaner car program is a life saver and more places should offer this - yes there is a limit on travel
distance from the shop with the loaner car but I am able to drive to my house in Yoe so I figure it’s pretty generous. 

Cars go quick and seating at the shop itself is extremely limited if you end up having to wait there so be prepared. They also don’t work on Saturdays so keep that in mind as well when you’re planning.

Stouch's has serviced all of my cars over the past ten years. They operate with integrity and honesty, and have made some complicated problems seamless. They not only offer multiple options for complicated repairs, they are forward thinking in routine maintenance and make my life so much easier! In addition to being friendly and knowledgeable, they offer loaner cars and ask only that you refill the gas. Again, takes the weight off of car frustrations. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making my life easier!!!

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Stouch's and will most definitely be recommending them! I don't know much at all about cars, so an honest shop is very important to me. I had been going to the same shop in Maryland for 10 years that I loved and trusted. For almost 2 years, I searched for a shop in the area that met those same criteria. After some bad experiences, I stumbled upon Stouch's. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment to picking up my car, everyone I encountered was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.  

I had a few issues I needed addressed as well as routine maintenance. They called with an estimate and went through the priority of each item so that I could wait on certain things if necessary.

Last but not least, my headlights were yellowing - bad. Getting them cleaned/restored had been on my Wish List for a while but I didn't think I could afford it. At Stouch's, it was affordable and they did an Amazing job! Driving at night is a world of difference now.

If you need work done on your car, I highly recommend Stouch's. Their reviews speak for themselves and were spot on!

We will definitely be recommending these guys to other people.  We never went here before, they got us in very quickly and were very honest and upfront.  They could have sold us a lot of extra work but instead gave us the option and what their thoughts were had it been their own vehicle.  It's hard to find auto shops that care about people more than the mighty dollar.
