My family has been visiting Stratum for many years and each time has been wonderful and full of fun. We played unlimited laser tag for four hours with no glitches. Facility was clean and properly staffed and monitored. All the equipment worked perfectly. The strip mall is a work in progress but appears clean and recently remodeled. Snack bar was well stocked and priced much the same as any other concession stand. We found the staff to be polite, engaging, and firm enough to establish rules so the experience was safe for all. I seen a few complaints against John while reading reviews but we have nothing but nice things to say about him. He was helpful and responsive to our family. We love your establishment! We are about an hour drives away and it's always worth it! We can hardly wait to return.

We really enjoyed our glow party at Stratum. The kids had fun. Though the adults and older teens should go in as separate groups, they really gang up on the little kids. The party room was great, the kids loved all of the glow stuff, it was quite expensive though.

First time visiting and will definitely be back! The staff were awesome, the bathrooms were surprisingly clean, the equipment worked well (mostly!), and the layout of the tag arena was pretty awesome and well thought out. All in all, it was an extremely enjoyable night for our group. A massive thank you to the staff for making that happen. As a slight suggestion, I'd love to see smoke machines in the arena as this really adds to the atmosphere.

Overall my son had a great time here. We had his birthday here and the staff was well trained and did what was promised. He had the party in the neon room which he thought was cool. He and his friends seemed to really enjoy the laser tag as well. The pizza was not the best. I would skip the pizza if we did it over again.

Stats: Rank - 10/29 Score - 13,000 K/D Ratio - 2.38 (not percentage) Kills - 50 Deaths - 21 The game was fun, but it was hard to find out how to get to places. Also, you can't bring cameras, so that meant I couldn't use my GoPro. I don't fully see why, but I do have some ideas. Now I know why there aren't videos of this place on YouTube. In my game, the yellow team stayed up top and sniped the whole game. 😥
