He was phenomenal! Took his time after the part the manufacturer sent didn't fix the problem. His patience, care and overall pleasant attitude just made the situation bearable plus he is really good!

Awesome dude- very responsive, tells you what the problem is in a way that makes sense, and will tell you if its something you can do yourself.  He gives you your cheap options and your fancy options and is just super honest.  He's done big and small jobs for us and we've been happy with all of them.

Stephen is just fantastic. He cares deeply for his customers, including follow up phone calls and ways you can do-it-yourself fix minor problems so that you don't need him for everything. He does great work and is really in the business to help people.
