It’s a great feeling to be able to give a 5 star review on an apartment building you have lived in for a year...and to be renting for another year because you are so pleased. That building is Atwater in the Streeterville neighborhood of Chicago. A lot has to be good to get that kind of review. The building is high-end with beautifully updated apartments with lovely, contemporary finishes. Atwater apartments are spacious and priced well. The trend now in apartment buildings that have just been built is smaller spaces and more$$$!! Why would anyone want that combination? The neighborhood is fantastic—a variety of great, trendy restaurants in walking distance, several great grocery stores near by. Really anything you need is in walking distance. You are right near Michigan Avenue for incredible shopping and walking distance from the loop. There’s also an attached parking garage. A 24 hour door person greets you coming and going. The management and staff in the leasing office are so wonderful. They are professional and truly care and do everything possible to make living here a very good experience. You are truly cared about and it doesn’t stop once you’ve signed the lease. You are continuously cared for including by a fantastic maintenance team who addresses any issues very fast and with a total dedication to satisfaction. There are also some nice extras too such as bringing in restaurants to cook in the lobby, and artists too. Yoga and other activities are offered as well. In addition, the exercise area has been updated to include fantastic new equipment. There is a pool and lots of space where you can entertain guests or have parties. Also, the building is pet friendly! I’ve researched the market in Streeterville and River North and Atwater truly stands out! You’ll be happy you made the choice to live at Atwater!

Accepts Parking Panda but gates and Pay station don't scan the Panda QR Code. Have to call and fight through listing long confirmation number.
