I genuinely wish I could leave more than 5 stars. 

After a true hair catastrophe at another salon, I called Studio 39 minutes before they closed for the evening. The incredible receptionist spent 10-15 minutes coordinating with all the available stylists to see who could accommodate such a crisis. 

They got me in the very next morning with Emily -- who is a true miracle worker. First, she made me feel so very special, especially after such a traumatic hair experience. Second, SHE DID AN INCREDIBLE JOB. I cannot believe how great my hair turned out. Her advice was spot on, her execution was flawless, and her personality is so fun! Truly the triple threat in the hairstylist world.

I have been going to Studio 39 Salon for the last 6 years that I have lived in Kansas City. Megan always does a PERFECT job on my long hair with highlights and cut. She always gives the best tips. I love that whenever my roots grow out after getting my highlights done, it looks so natural. I always get compliments. Even when I  moved 3 hours away a couple years ago, I would still continue to get my hair done here. She is the only girl I trust! They have a wonderful atmosphere and everyone is always so nice.

Bridget did my Brazilian wax (only my 2nd one ever) and was quick, yet patient with me, and was extremely professional.  I will definitely be back for my subsequent waxing needs and next visit will be to try out one of their new massage therapy options.  P.S.  I love their shabby chic, almost Bohemian-like, decor too!

Being a non native to Kansas City and having a couple of major hair disasters at other salons I was somewhat nervous about finding a new stylist. After reading reviews I settled on Studio 39. I am so glad I did! Taylen was everything I wanted and more! She is super sweet and extremely talented at hair! She just gets it. She's confident and technically skilled. Her color was as beautiful as I could have hoped for! You're in good hands if you book her!

Morgan has been cutting and styling my hair for over a year and I have never gotten as many compliments on my hair in my entire life! She specializes in chic, short haircuts for women that look absolutely amazing! So many women are scared of getting their hair cut short (even if it would suit their face type/ lifestyle better) because we've all had bad ones that ended up being a bowl-cut in disguise. This is NOT the case here. Morgan takes her time and helps you find the right cut for your look and asks detailed questions to get it just right. I don't think I'll ever find another stylist as talented in short hair cuts. Definitely recommend!
