STUDIO IX is a flexible shared workspace for freelancers, entrepreneurs, and remote workers in downtown Charlottesville, Virginia.

Story

Our beautifully designed space within the former Frank Ix Textile Factory features an outdoor meditation room situated between a comfortable café & lounge, ergonomic workstations, conference rooms, creative suites, gallery and event spaces. The building is surrounded by green space while remaining within walking distance of the downtown mall. Free on-site parking is available to members and their guests. Neighboring and partnering businesses include restaurants, fitness centers.

The city of Charlottesville is not only among the nation’s best places to live, it is also one of the 13 most creative cities in the United States, with 39.7% of its workforce in the creative class. The University of Virginia is a catalyst for this vibrant, multicultural, creative community, where innovative and thoughtful solutions to life’s complexities are a part of the cultural heritage.
