My favorite place to hang out and to enjoy some bubble tea. Friendly staff and quick service! I highly recommend the honey oolong milk tea with bubbles.

The bubble tea is great, I will say that; however, I went in for a banh mi sandwich today and could not finish it. I have had a poorly made banh mi before but never a proper one, so I am not sure what it should be, but this one was very odd. Specifically, the meat was extremely fatty, squishy and spongy, with holes in it. Otherwise, it had a nice light flavor but the meat texture turned me off of it entirely. Following this, I googled pictures of banh mi and even the one advertised by Kung Fu Tea did not look like this... the meat was more thinly sliced or looked more like a pork chop or chicken breast. I am just confused and bothered by what this was. Still love the tea, but this was an oddity.

Ohhhh! Really!!! The BEST. The owner Kel Tran figured out how to do this place right! He keeps things moving and gives you choices that you really end up being happy with. We're from way out of town and we always make this a stopping point.
