Very hit or miss. Customer service lacks heavily. Very rude at drive through window. Cash registers either don’t operate correctly or the employees aren’t trained correctly. Makes paying difficult at times. Food is what you would expect from Wendy’s. Fairly consistent. If it wasn’t for the extremely slow service I’d give it a better rating. Go to the Micky Dees down the road instead. Don’t let the recent building renovations fool you....

Who doesn't love a Wendy's burger? Drive thru line is usually reasonable and moves quickly. Just check your bag before pulling away. Dining room is spacious and comfy, with padded seating in places and a couple of flat screens. Cashiers are pleasant and respectful. Definitely one of the better Wendy's.

Drive thru was closed due to a computer problem causing everyone to have to come inside. This crew had only one working register and still delivered speedy and friendly service.... They all were relaxed but it wasn't a long wait at all.... Way to go guys. True definition of "Teamwork makes the dream work" 💪💪👍👍

When I originally went it was a Saturday after work to pickup dinner....the wait was long girl on the drive thru intercom system was rude and was impatient like I was bothering her.....they took my money and didn't give me my receipt. Waited a while and left got home about 45mins later went and took bite out of my burger and it was raw and so was my boyfriend's so I called the manager was nice and comped me a meal. So here I am after work again on a Saturday after work went in spoke to the cashier who was nice and she spoke to a manager and the manger spoke to me with the nastiest attitude and informed me she was not the manger on shift that week she reluctantly said give her a burger....i got my food no thanks to her but to the kind cashiers.....this Wendy's is under horrible managements.  BEWARE. Check your food.

God bless everyone working at this Wendy's today. All their registers are down, they're taking orders by hand and directing everyone from the drive-through inside. It's hectic but everything has been organized and no one has yelled at anyone. The manager is giving everyone a jr frosty on the house.
