I would love to give this store 5 stars. For shopping, it can be a 4. For selling, maybe a 2.  I have to agree with some of the other reviews about the buying experience.  I'm a regular customer but also choose to use an alias as to not be mistreated when I come to the store again.  I have brought in numerous items at a time - better brands and higher end brands.  Excellent condition and stylish (universally, not just in my opinion).  Told they were 'passed on because of excessive wear..."  Huh?  Most had only been worn once.  Some, not at all.  Was also told that some of the items weren't current style.  They were all less than 3 years old????  Looking around, I saw PLENTY of items that were way older and shoddier than mine.  I think the owner should educate the "buyers" on HOW to buy. Secondly, DO NOT take in designer bags unless the owner is there. On 3 separate occasions over the last year, I was turned away because the owner wasn't in and nobody else could 'validate' if the bags were 'real'.  I think I will still shop here occasionally, but I will not attempt to sell here again.  Took my stuff to another place and they bought almost everything. Went back two weeks later, almost all of my items were SOLD.  I think the store should be as concerned with customers selling there as they are with them buying there - with no sellers, there will be no buyers.

A pleasure to shop here and the young ladies are always helpful! I had only heard about this store from my friend Joann a couple weeks ago but have gone in twice since then and had a good experience both times. My first time in the younger heavy set blond girl was behind the counter and seemed to be the only one going through clothes and stopping to check people out and let them in to fitting rooms and it was very busy in there they seemed under staffed so maybe that is why the other one star reviews? Not sure where the other people were so that could be why the other reviews are bad but don't listen to them!! Definitely NOT a one star shop!! My second time in the same young blond but also an older blond women (I think the manager) helped me find some stuff and I was very pleased and purchased almost all they pulled for me and even pulled stuff from the back for me to try on. I appreciate how much help they gave me and attention! The girls in here are very hard working and all deserve a raise! It is always a bit busy in here but they don't let that stop them from trying to give you one on one attention. Very pleased with this store and will be back for many times!

Love this place! Very Clean and they have amazing cloths at good prices! I always find something when I go in there.

Decent variety,  prices are good. Was able to find a great dress for a wedding.

Hard to sell name brand clothing here. I thinks it's who you know. I brought in Jcrew, JBrand and other nice brand names clothing and they refuse to buy. Also, the clothing there is not all that new looking and not all that great.  The accessories are better than the clothing. Will never try to sell clothing there again. Will just purchase when there are great deals. The profit that you make for selling your clothing is way less. You can make a better profit in eBay and Poshmark.
