Absolutely LOVE Stylehouse! Rhonda and Jennifer are always more than accommodating, and will spend as much time as needed to be sure you are satisfied and get exactly what you want. Not only does the store have a fabulous selection of furniture that is completely on trend (everything from home decor, to office chairs, to bedroom sets), but if you have something in mind that you don't see in the store, they will gladly custom order what you want! My husband and I custom ordered a slip-covered sectional with ottoman, and I picked out EVERYTHING from the grade of fabric to the type of pillow fill. I get compliments on my couch every time we have company over! Bottom line, from the variety of merchandise to the top notch customer service- Stylehouse is the only place you want to buy furniture from! Do yourself and your local community a favor by supporting these small business owners instead of shopping at a big chain retailer. You'll be happy with what you purchase, and even happier at the pleasant experience you have!

Took my grandma there to purchase a recliner. The lady was incredibly rude and absolutely no help at all. She seemed like she could care less. That's real sad because my grandma was ready to drop up to $1500 on one recliner. So kudos to the sales lady, you just lost your store money. If you don't want to help anyone who walks into your store you should find a different job. I can't believe they hire such rude unappreciative people. We will not be back.

We spent $3200 dollars on a couch and warranty plan at this store on November 30th, 2013. We were told by the salesperson that our couch would arrive in six to eight weeks. At the end of week 8 (the week of January 18th) we called and were told that because of the holiday it would be a week longer (not sure why this wasn't taken into account when we were making the initial purchase but whatever)...at the end of week nine we called back and were told that our couch would arrive on the next Monday or Tuesday. On Wednesday of the following week (Feb 5th) I called the store to again inquire about the couch (since it still wasn't in my house). I spoke with Rhonda, and was told "the couch should be here by Thursday or Friday." I asked to speak with the owner and was told that she (Rhonda) is the owner. I inquired about the delay and was told that she could not control the shipping/trucking company. I said I believe this situation is unacceptable and that it is the worst furniture experience I have ever had. Rhonda apologized and asked me what else I would do in her position. I said I'd refund some of the money to the customer, to which she replied that she "wasn't going to do that since I purchased the couch on sale."-as if that even matters to me since I spent over $3200 and I know that most retail stores mark prices up approximately 300%. She took my number and said she'd call me back but I don't anticipate this will occur anytime soon, or at least, not until they actually have my couch and are ready to deliver it (Probably in another few weeks or maybe longer, the way things are going now.) She did say though that she'd deliver the couch to me for free...something that was already supposed to be built into my purchase cost (according to the salesperson) when I initially bought the couch. Unbelievable. Worst furniture purchasing and customer service experience I've ever had. I will never purchase another piece of furniture from this store or these people. Nor will I recommend them to anyone I know. I would highly recommend to anyone that goes into this store simply find a piece of furniture that you like and contact the company that makes it directly to find another store that will sell it to you or buy ti from the manufacturer directly (if possible). Simply saying you are sorry does zero for the customers you say you want to please and have return for other purchases in the future. I suppose as long as you've made enough money on the one sale you'll get by...which is good since you'll never again get money from me. One parting bit of advice; You should consider using a different shipping company since you can't seem to rely on the one you currently use (assuming this is the truth and not just a convenient place to lay blame), because a happy customer equals a return customer which equals a return to store customer purchase in the future...something I can't imagine you've seen in quite a while, given how poorly this customer has been treated.
