Unlike Lowe's there is no contractor parking Zone with an overhang right by the contractor area. I had to walk across the parking lot to get to the store which I don't mind but the concrete I went there to buy was back inside the store instead of by the front door for my convenience. None of the young men in uniform working there offered to help load my concrete either which Lowe's employees don't seem to have any problem doing. Between the two stores Lowe's and Home Depot I would say that Lowe's is better organized and their workers are more helpful than Home Depot's is.

In my opinion, if you are thinking of appliances here STOP. No service. You buy it you own it that's it. We have had more service calls for our MAYTAG appliances than we have had uses. Terrible service techs do more damage to our house & washer than they fix. They mailed me touch up paint. Each tech blames the problems on the last tech. After several phone calls & visits to store, with no luck. Will [the mgr] still hasn't called me back after three months. I thought if we bought from a large company we would get help if we had a problem. WRONG! Nobody I talk to cares. They just shake their head & point.

After a disappointing visit (putting it mildly) to their big box home improvement competitor down the street earlier today, I stopped by Home Depot to look for an item I couldn't find at my previous stop. Once inside, I made my way to the electrical section and began looking. After a few minutes without success, I began wandering around when a staff member walked up and offered assistance in a very friendly manner. This was a refreshing change from the shabby treatment from their competitors staff. I got what I needed one the staff member went looking for help. Many thanks to the guys on the electrical section! You made my day!
