Purchased a dining room table from them. Delivery was 3 hours late the first time and they had to go back with the table because I didn't have time for them to spend 2 hours putting it together. They came back a week later and it wasn't put together right. Ended up having to take it apart and do it myself. The would not give back delivery fee. Overall experience was very poor. I will not be doing business with them again and don't recommend anybody purchasing from them.

The quality of furniture is exceptional. The store manager also exceptional, extremely kind and helpful. The owner of Weezie's Cottage Living on the other hand a much different story. Terrible to work with. Our story is a bit complex. We thought a chaise would be wonderful for mom. She suffers from terrible back issues. We ordered the chair, mom had surgery and 6 weeks later the chair arrived. After surgery the chaise was a poor fit for mom's back issues as she cannot get in and out of chair with ease. We called the store promptly upon realizing this. The store owner was unwilling to work with us in any way. We offered to spend even more money at the store by possibly purchasing 2 chairs in exchange for the $1929.00 chaise. We were told no returns no matter what the issue on custom orders. It is ashame to treat an elderly 83 year old person in such a manner and not be willing to understand the reason why the chaise could not work for mom. We were more than willing to go the extra mile to service the owner's policy, but he was not willing in any way to help the paying customer. So after purchase of $1929.00 chaise and $129.00 delivery we are stuck with a chaise we cannot use. Be very careful before purchasing custom order.
