Did a online order from here Food was terrible got my food cold wings weren’t cooked all the way and they didn’t bring any ranch! waited 2 hours when it said it would be an hour I understand this establishment gets busy but there was no way to contact the driver because you can’t even get the phone to ring. $40 down the drain save your money because as soon as they make theirs you won’t hear from them.

So disappointing. We were starving the delivery time was 1.5 hrs so we opted for pickup.... still had to wait 20 min for our food... when we got home the order was 100% wrong fries were soggy... and the cheesesteaks were Luke warm and steak not chicken not how we ordered and were missing meat -more mayo and lettuce than anything. So disappointing

It's ok. I used to love it But sometimes the order don't be right. And delivery takes longer than 45 minutes to an hour. I've seen food sit on the side and drivers move like they have all day just walking around in circles. Lukewarm food don't warrant tips. Dry hard French fries Apple turnovers half done Though the customer service is great .. I think maybe they need to invest in them bags that keep your food warm cause when it's delivered stuff be Luke warm n doesn't taste as great.

Called 3 times for delivery and was put on hold every time. Waited over 5 minutes each time and still no one picked up. This used to be a great place. Will now permanently be bringing my business elsewhere.

*See edits  This is probably the best sub shop in Salisbury. One of the best steak and cheese subs I've had outside of Philly. People have always been nice and the food is usually on point.  Edit: Had to take off a star because the last 3-4 times have been disappointing. They got our order wrong the last couple of times even though it was correct on the receipt and the quality of the cheesesteaks hasn't been up to their usual standards. This last visit I had to wait in store over 45 mins for my sub and ended up having to void after they said they had lost my order. I hope they dont keep going in this direction.  Update: Unfortunately they have continued to decline so I took off another star. The staff were nice but the food was just not as good. Took a really long time to get my food and the steak and cheese subs were just bland and mushy this time like they were using steakums or something. The chicken cheesesteak was the same way and the chipotle ranch didn't taste right either.

First time trying sub runners...ordered LG IT SUB...was the best I've had in Salisbury...I'll be back ...Very pleasant people..

This place probably has the best cheesesteaks in Salisbury; however, they need to seriously invest in a better phone system and hire someone who knows how to answer their phones. The man who answers the phone goes “sub runners please hold” click. There has been numerous times that I would have ordered but I’m not going to wait 5-10 minutes on hold because your employee is incompetent. You’re losing a lot of business because of this. I love your food but you’ve got to hire someone else to answer your phones and invest in a better system. It’s always the same guy and it’s so frustrating. Thanks

The food took forever longer than fifteen minutes they staple the bag closed i didn't get my cheese sauce for my fries my cheese steak was barely warm and my fries was made before the cheese steak was made because my fries were cold to much season used on the steak I waisted my money I brought the biggest cheese steak they sale and barely could eat half of one half I really didn't like it and waisted my money and the food I call back to tell them and they put me on hold so I just hung up first and last time eating there they don't even wear mask and gloves preparing food not good foodsafety is everything

Went in to order but all the men standing had their hands up their shirts, scratching and rubbing their nose with their hands they looked gross and drity and so did the inside   so I didn't order anything we went to Cafe  Milano's instead. I Will Not  Recommend this place it use to be so clean and good but now is A Major No for me and my family.

Food was ok, Not like it used to be! The prices are a lot higher now. But overall the food was ok.Food: 3/5
