I've never had an incorrect order here and the sandwiches are always hot. The issue I have is the poor service the workers provide. Ive come in some times and only half of the employees are wearing a uniform. Other times, like today, it takes two or three people just to take my order. One time I got a very distinctive smell of pot smoke in the restaurant. Lastly, today, when my food was done it was brought to my table by some young looking kid dressed like a punk. Backwards hat, untied boots, pants halfway down to his ankles, and not wearing a single piece of clothing that is part of the uniform. In short, good food but extremely poor service with poor manners.

One of my favorite sandwich places in the area. If you want a hearty, warm sandwich loaded with meat and toppings, this is your place. I've never had a bad sandwich here or been disappointed. The service is friendly, if not the fastest.

Meaty subs served hot or cold in 3 different portions.  Available hot sauces are heat index rated from 1-10.

I worked at this location when they opened in 2011. Over the years it has severely gone down hill! the workers are unprofessional, and the night management is Completely incompetent. The past several times ive been in to the Maplewood firehouse I have seen garbage bags in the dining area, employee uniforms draped over the cashiers desk, nothing is clean or presentable, and the ice machine is empty. Absolutely the WORST managed restaurant I have EVER been to. Having known the owner Ron, personally, It makes me very disappointed in his hiring and training decisions.
