I placed an online order for pick up with the wrong location, it was this location that it was sent to, I called to cancel the order 5 minutes after it was placed. They told me no because they had already made the order. So I asked if I can get a free one the next time I come down to that location, they said no because it hurts their food costs. I was a manager for Chick-Fil-A for 3 years. The sandwich cost me $4.37, it cost them less then half that to make. The manager was so stingy that he didn't want to take a $5 hit to take care of a customer. Piss poor management at this location. I will be seeking legal action to retrieve my stolen money.

GREAT SERVICE! When I called to order the sandwich platter, Tanner was so polite and helpful. I had visited this store before and he recognized me when I walked in the door and told his associate why I was there! He even brought my order out to my car for me.  I thank him for his courtesy!!

STOP by this SUBWAY.. 10 STARS!!!
I was greeted in a friendly tone, when I came into the store. 
All smiled, were nice and sandwich exactlly the way I wanted.
Now I am confused, only one gets chips and soda. OK that is fine with me.
I ask which one and they answered in a friendly tone, I still didn't understand which one. 
Well, they explained again and did it in a really nice manner..THIS PLACE is one of the VERY few that has a friendly attitude. Very rare to find friendly, non verbatim, customer service..
OH and as I left I was told to please come back...by 2 employees...
