They made sweeping changes to the staff and manager recently. Quality of food preparation and customer service has improved dramatically for the better. Still a bit pricey compared to the rest of the valley.

We just moved to the area, unloaded the moving van, tired and hungry, it was 8:00 pm, I asked for double cheese and the young man seemed aggitated about the request, then my husband ordered his sandwich as he was toasting mine, husband asked how the avocado tasted and the man respinded rudely that he doesn't eat avocado, didnt even offer to let him taste it, then he stopped to put bread in the oven while my toasted sandwich sat getting cold, then when asked about soup, the didnt have any, when asked about tea, they didnt have any, seemed as though they were cleaning up for the night. In my opinion, if they stop serving at 9:00 pm, they should be stocked on the items advertised until they close.

Very poor service. Jose made our sandwiches very poorly. And I substituted ham for Turkey and he tried to charge me more. And on top of all this he left the food lids off at all times and didnt listen to my order.

Cindy is awful, mean to people doesn't listen at all. You get 3 pickles and three olives. It's about customer service you get people back when you work with them and try and make them happy. Not when you charge them $6 three olives and three pickles the Shell station employees are wonderful but not the subway place
