I eat subway everyday and love there food, but the one in Penn station LIRR, it's dirty, and don't have or follow standard. They use the same glove for every meat, cheese and veggie. That a health & safe violation, and to make it worst, I saw one of the guys eating cucumber and chicken from the same container that have the food for the customer and eating over it. That's disgusting and would never return to a subway restaurant again.

Let me list the reasons why you shouldn't buy from this subway: 1. Very very poor customer service, and this is from the managing staff. I am currently sick from a salad I purchased from this subway. The food isn't fresh, I purchase chicken Teriyaki salad as I am on a diet, the veggies were not fresh. I asked the manager who was making my salad not to use the stale soft tomatoes on top in the tomatoes container. He gave me the stink eye, like how dare I ask for what i want when I'm paying for it. I kindly informed him I too once worked for subway and I know all the tricks. The items in the salad bar was turning yellow, when they should be green. I thought I was safe with just spinach and green peppers, but i was not even since I ate the salad I have been experiencing nausea. So like I said previously do not shop there, very poor service and the food sucks and could possibly make you sick like it did me. Subways has certain food standards this store falls very short and it is a food safety hazard.

Not happy with this location. I purchased a Groupon deal for Subway Sandwiches and, after some confusion and having to explain to them what a Groupon deal is, they refused to honor it and said that they don't participate.
