This woman was super rude and ignorant while attending me.. I am sick of how rude the people behind these windows are! Septa has got to get those people serious hospitality and costumes service lessons or give the job to someone who will provide excellent costumes service!!!!

It's a shelter for homeless. It's stink and nasty , bathroom is so disgusting. They need to power hose the entire facility. It is so dirty. The worst places..

Not happy, some of the septa employees are very nasty, the station its self is filled with homeless people sleeping everywhere in the building at stops, while getting off the bus saw a drunk man who was on the stairways outside of the entrance of the lobby, homeless people asking for money on the market frankford line trying to sell knock off items, others faking an illness, and saw that the person had 20 bucks already

WELCOME TO THE THUNDERDOME!! I've taken Septa for many years as a teenager so when my car broke down I wasn't at a total loss to get to work. Today however and a few days ago I was an hour late because they switched where my boss leaves the terminal WITH NO SIGNS, NO NOTICE ON THE SCHEDULE, NO NOTICE ON GOOGLE, NO COMMUNICATION OF ANY KIND WHAT SO EVER. I have to take multiple buses to reach my destination so when one is late I have to run to catch the other. Well I went straight to the north terminal where the 126 had been switched to (after being late last time due to waiting at the wrong berth) only to find out it was SWITCHED back. I run through the terminal and come out just as it's pulling out. I wish I could give 0 stars. Now I'm an hour late AGAIN BECAUSE OF NO NOTICE COMMUNICATION IS KEY. Dont understand why they strike every year for more money but they do such a poor job. The drivers and staff are so rude, unhelpful and over entitled. GET IT TOGETHER.
