Omg where do I start? Poor sandwich make was the only person working. The wait was to long, she had a difficult time understanding, was overwhelmed and did not know how to operate the register for gift cards. Whoever owns this location should know better than to have 1 person working. The food was NOT fresh at all. The bread was doughy. The meat was stiff and flavorless. The chips expired on 5/7. We threw away the food and left. Good thing she couldn't figure out how to work the register, which made our food free.
WORST service at a fast food restaurant ever, and I used to review restaurants for a living. Stopped in to pick up a wrap for my boss my coworkers walked across the street to Gracies to place our lunch order. They sat down and ate lunch and had my order wrapped to go and came and joined me in subway before the young man standing at the cash register with his back to us finished his cell phone conversation and could be bothered to help either myself or the one other customer that was in the store.The other customer got fed up and left. We stood by the opening in the bullet proof glass and made so much noise that finally a lady that was working in the back came and made the wrap. Even though we gave her a printout of the order they still got it wrong. I am not upset with her because it obviously was not her job. I am also grateful that they had the bullet proof glass. It kept me from reacting as I still want to; and ending up arrested. Worst service ever, overpriced food and gets the orders wrong. When there are so many other fast food options on the same block there is NO REASON TO EVER EAT HERE.
Service was fine until Amber decided to answer her phone and leave my hot sandwiches sitting there for 2 minutes before the other girl came from the sitting area to wrap up my sandwiches and check me out. The irritation of Amber and her smiling face at me knowing she was wrong but didn't bother even getting off her phone.
Employee was curtious & all but, She seemed really nervous about how much servings she was assembling on sandwich. Claimed "Her Boss" would get very angry if she put too much garnishings. My sandwich was very light & looked Nothing Like The Photo of It. A 6" Subway sandwich should fill my stomach with chips & cookie. I'm Not Impressed & NO WORKER SHOULD BE NERVOUS OF THIER BOSS ‼‼
Surprisingly for a subway it was beautiful inside, nice customer service, quick n easy, got in and got out within 5 minutes, sandwich was made with patience and care, definitely recommend
Many of the Subway's no longer honor the on-line coupon as it cuts into their narror profit margin. It also makes the customers go to the shops that DO honor the coupons.
My son and I went for lunch.....There was only 1 employee but she was very nice and none of us waited for long in line...
Worst subway I’ve ever seen. they’re slow, rude and it’s dirty inside. I would not recommend coming here find a different subway to eat at
My first time. As a long time Subway customer first times can be an unknown. This location was the best. Surprisingly great. Highly recommend
Good is always perfect only thing is sometimes the employee there will be I. Her phone or she will be alone and have a long line I dont blame her for the lines but i had to wait about 5mins one time cause she didn't wanna get off her phone and there was a time where she was listening to music in the back and couldn't hear me when i wanted to order other than the only employee working there iv never had a complaint about the food just the employee
