Yum! We got there about a little over an hour before closing. Not busy. Plenty seating outside and close parking. Employee Jonathan was awesome. He was helpful, positive and attentive. Good day plays great music! Food was very good. Got fried chicken, eggs and potatoes could not find it on the menu but I saw a picture and asked. Second meal was chicken & waffles. Tried the biscuits and gravy and took a bread pudding to-go. Would definitely go back.
The service, in my opinion was great! It was a bit slow with very few people there. The food was ok. It was a bit pricey for the quality and serving size. Food: 2.5 Service: 4.5 Atmosphere: 3 Final score: 3.33 rounded to 3
When I resided in the Fairfield/Suisun area Bab’s Delta Diner was my go to spot for breakfast! But after moving to Vallejo some years back I found this gem in Downtown Vallejo! Service is always on point and the food is poppin! This is my fam’s go to destination for breakfast. Plus my kids love the goodie’s bask Good Day Cafe has for the kids after the meal is over! The pancakes and country potatoes are bomb! Loves me some Good Day!

Really good food, really slow service : Over an hour to get food ,20 minutes for coffee refill.
Ordered Christina's Country Skillet online for pick-up. Everything I had for options was done correctly. Order was ready for pick up in less than 15 minutes. Picked-up my food hot and ready. Came out perfectly as pictured on their site. Hot and delicious!
Make sure you call ahead and make sure you get on the waiting list. Took us about 40 minutes to get a table. Understandable with current conditions. Service was great, vibe was on point with the jams they were playing. Food came out fairly quickly and it tasted soo good. My son declared this his favorite waffle place.
This is a very cute place, but, unfortunately, that's where my favor if it ends. : My boyfriend and I went and both ordered Christina's skillet. The food was bland, requiring a lot of salt and pepper to bring it up to a bit flavorful. After leaving and throughout the rest of the day, my boyfriend and I both got food poisoning. I wanted to like this place so much, but now all I'll be able to remember is the pain from the food poisoning.
As much as I want to love this place and the loveable waitress that has been here forever and knows everyone the service was unacceptable. And as I was thinking this it got worse. After being reminded 3 times were waiting for the check and we go inside to try to pay, we are sent back outside because she will "bring the check right out". The food was okay but over priced.
This spot in Vallejo is extremely pretentious The prices $$, ugly environment and service for years are not worth it. There are spots in town where they remember your orders and care, with a real diner environment and real prices with caring waitresses. Idk how people give 5 star reviews so easy.Food: 2/5
