I'm not one for writing bad reviews but this place deserves it. Not only do they forget items on your online order for deliveryout sourced to Doordash for delivery, they will argue with you and tell you your order did not come from their store. My receipt states other wise. I was hung up on TWICE by the same employee and she was beyond rude. Complaint filed with corporate Subway as well.
No one wants to review poorly,. Mainly I always give thumbs up....but this location goes with one employee....wearing a scarf on their head ...just weird,. Very slow...I love cancelling their orders so they can pay for the food themselves ....stay away from this strange subway. 1 star
For starters the roaches crawling in the veggie station only for the worker to slap it off the glass made me so uncomfortable and sick to my stomach!! Workers attitude was horrible after asking if she can warm a pregnant woman's meat but not toast the bread she says "we don't do that" like since when?? Every subway I have been to have warmed the meat its no issue only here!! Besides watching you get bread placed it on counter then I call out the bug issue you slap it off glass to me saying I can't eat here and watch you put the bread back in the bread storage doors was so sick. Be prepared to not know what insects have touched your food when eating here all I can say!
Rudest worker ever me and my cousin went to buy a sandwich I was on my way to use the restroom when this old lady apear from nowhere because she wasn’t even on the counter to receive the walk-in customer when she call us disrespectfully telling us that we need to buy a sandwich before using the bathroom because there are a lot of homeless people around so she meant that we look homeless this was 08/26/2022 3:15 pm
I hate writing bad reviews, when I know everyone working at these places are not all bad... At this subway the employees cared to much about talking to their friends waiting then they did the customers. I waited 15 minutes before an older lady came to help me then she acted like she didn't understand English. I even pointed to the items and she still acted that way.. While the 2nd employee still ran her mouth. .as more customers showed up it took the 2nd employee ten minutes to shut her mouth and come help... She ran through three orders while I was still explaining what I wanted to the order lady.. She rushed through the orders so fast she was on my side of the counter trying to get back to her girl friends before the receipt came out.. Yes customers were still waiting on receipts if you want to wait while these women finish talking to their friends then visit this subway , if not and your like me this ain't the place for you.. I give them no stars bad customer service..
Came here around 8:20 to pick up a sub I ordered through Postmates just to find out that they were closed when closing time says 9pm. I could understand them being closed if I got there like 10 minutes before 9pm but 8:20 is barely past 8. Just wasted my time for no reason.
Both bathrooms are out of order!?!, and the employees refuse to allow me the ability to wash my hands. It is Florida state law that restaurants are to provide not only the use of a restroom but the availability for hygiene prior to handling food as an employee where are they using a restroom, they lied about them both being broken and a customer. They're soda machine is also out of order!!! Most unclean and nastiest Subway I've ever been in, and I've been in hundreds of different Subways. Clean the place up and fix your store!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SUBWAY!!!
One of the cleanest subway's I've been to. The staff are some of the nicest people I've ever met in the food industry. They are so kind and respectful and really know how to make people's day. Only subway I'll go to from now on.
They don’t supposed to close until nine and they already closed at 8:30
I'm upset at this place customer service! I walked in and wasn't greeted by neither of the women.. I decided to wave & didn't get any greet back. One lady proveed to take my order as if she didn't care. Onxeni told her i had a second order she says " there's two"?? I ended up walking out on her. Never will go back there!
