If I could give this place a million stars I would. The owners are so cool, down to earth and just overall great people. We first found this restaurant when we moved to the area a month or so ago and now live 45 minutes away and still make the drive because that's just how great the pizza is. I'm Italian and lived in Italy for a couple years, so my standards for pizza are very high  and it surpasses all my expectations. Great place, great ownership, great food, just overall great.

My hubby and I have become fans of Alfonso's.  Following a suggestion made by Richard Gonzmart, we tried the restaurant.  We waited for 35 minutes for the restaurant to open. It is intimate, with seating for about 2 dozen.  The casual decor creates a comfortable atmosphere and the owners treat you like family.  They take pride in every aspect of their business - the menu, the meal presentation, and cleanliness is of utmost importance. The Garlic Knots are the kind you continue to think about and look forward to your next order as soon as possible.  They are the size of large softballs, tender, and smothered in garlic butter and parmesan cheese.  As an added treat, they are served with delicious sauce. We enjoyed a Greek salad, pizza slices fantastic sausage and fresh mushrooms, and a sausage, onion, and green pepper Hero Sandwich. Drop by to meet your family in your new home away from home.  They enjoy meeting more relatives. The food was worth the wait!!

This place was pretty bad. There was a VERY loud man in there who would not shut up for the life of him. The food was mediocre at best. The pizza was very oily/greasy. The mozzarella sticks were odd. Don't even get me started on the sandwiches. The wait time? Horrible. 30-45 minutes for a greasy pizza that doesn't taste like anything but oil? Unbelievable.

If you want, good quality Italian food, this is the place! The owner Marco is an awesome person! I ordered the meatball parmigiana, and the meatballs melted in my mouth.. I will be back….

The store and the service is amazing. I just wish they had fountain drinks so we  could refill our drinks. Otherwise, the food was delicious. And reasonably priced meals.

For some of you who complain that the pizza is greasy, it's because they use GRANDE cheese which is the best and expensive..if you order the pizza with pepperoni, of course it's going to be greasy also....in this case do what the New Yorkers do,take a napkin and dab off the grease and stop complaining...I'm an uber driver and tried almost every pizza store in the tampa bay area and Alfonso's by far is #1 on my list....

A very delicious white pizza brightened my day, and the staff were very responsive and considerate. The interior was comfortable and quiet; I intend on going again.Food: 5/5

This is a nice pizza place.  I like the nice crust, good sauce and fresh mushrooms.  My friend likes ham on pizza here.  They made the fresh pizza for a nice dinner and gave us boxes for leftovers.
