We tried PDQ for first time today 01/29/2023, and we got a really good impression. The staff were friendly, the food were delicious, tenders very juicy, Mediterranean salad amazing and I didn’t ask dressing for it, wasn’t need it. Waffles fried fresh and perfect temperature. I will come back definitely
Absolutely blown away by the attention to detail put into their sandwich presentation. They cut the lettuce to fit the bun! Our local PDQ is put to shame by this location. Very impressed! QUALITY! Love the food, polite staff & clean fast food establishment! Drive thru generally quick as is the line indoors. Join their email list for rewards / offers. Love their grilled chicken sandwiches, bowls and shakes! I would recommend this place and suggest that you leave a review to help others.
Drive thru line was horrendous, and still moved quickly. Staff was friendly and quick. My fries were burnt and hard. The PDQ sauce was horrible but the sweet sriacha was wonderful. My fav thing was the banana shake. So good I’ll definitely come back for that. Chicken was tender and juicy.
I was told PDQ had a better chicken sandwich than that other big chicken sandwich chain that is not open on Sundays. I am a big fan of the other chain. In my opinion the PDQ sandwich was very good. It is definitely a different kind of chicken sandwich. I normally do not get lettuce and tomato on sandwiches from the other place. So it is hard to do a poodles to poodles comparison. I liked them both. If I was forced to pick between the two I would choose the other guys. The chicken in PDQ's sandwiches do not have quite as much flavor. However, the PDQ waffle fries are definitely the better of the two. I love the black pepper and the superior crispiness of PDQ fries. PDQ wins this competition hands down. However - however, the other chain has far superior lemonade. Lemonade without pulp is just bug juice. If they had PDQ where I live I would be eating there, mostly for the fries.
Getting better on customer service. Food was fresh but fries seemed old. Men's bathroom had no soap or paper towels. Store was clean and great atmosphere. Parking: Parking is limited at this location.
During the pandemic, I finally visited this PDQ I've been hearing about. Drive thru was PACKED but to my surprise & delight, went rather smoothly. The cashier was a doll, very friendly & helpful. It was my first time ordering & there was a great "family style" chicken tenders special. 12 piece, pure, delicious white meat tenders, 2 large sides for $24.99. Great price, even the dipping sauces were 5 OHHH! And a salad for 2 was also included! Great 1st time experience. Highly recommend.
Best food ever. The staff is extremely nice. Especially Mark. He is very pleasant and went out of his way to help carry our food to the table when my hands were full.
This is a nice restaurant. The workers were friendly and polite. My only concern was where people come to pick up food I witnessed 1 young boys on a chair coughing. Milkshakes were sitting there waiting to be picked up.Food: 5/5
Chicken is their specialty and they have it right. Hadn't been here for a while. They've improved their French fry recipe so the fries are not soggy anymore! So big win. If you prefer healthy choices to sub for fries, they have roasted broccoli, zucchini fries, and a tomato feta salad that sounds delightful. I've had the zucchini fries and they are very soggy and just not good. I'll try the tomato feta salad next time. I had the honey butter sandwich for the first time today on the recommendation from others that this is the best sandwich. Let's just say I'll stick with the honey marinated nuggets! I ordered the sandwich on a lettuce wrap but it was nothing to brag about. All the sandwich is, is 2 tenders on a bun with pickles and some honey butter drizzling. Now those honey marinated nuggets oh my! Those are a must. I prefer those over their tenders and will stick with my usual. It never seems to fail that when I try a new menu item I'm never happy. I like PDQ although not my go to place for food. But we will be back.
