Went to get lunch never got to say hi girl just snapped I got a to go order I’m here by myself it’s gonna be a long time before I can help you. The last time I went a girl screamed at me about a refillService: 1/5

This is an excellent place to get a Subway sandwich.  Everyone was super friendly and all the ingredients were nice and fresh.Food: 5/5

Felt bad for the employee Vince. By himself with a line of customers, along with online/Doordash orders. All while another employee hid in the back, and refused to help him until the older lady I’m guessing the manager came back from her break. The manager then proceeded to be rude towards Vince about Doordash orders being sent out properly, like it was his fault.

Izzy at the Walmart subway on valley view in Roanoke showed great customer skills. She made sure the vegetables were fresh and provided all around great customer service. Will be returning.

This is a one of the best run, clean, neat, organized Subway that we have been at in a long time!  To single out one extremely pleasantl, helpful and polite employee is Izzy!

The employee was rude and fixed stingy ugly food that I did not buy .I would give the employee  zero stars
